RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURNS & REFUNDS: There is a 30-day return policy window. After receiving your item you may request a return within 30 days.To be eligible for a return your item must be in original condition. It must be unworn and unused. Items must be in the original packing, with tags attached. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should be mailed to the address on the packing slip included in your shipment. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and ask for your patience during this process.
NON-RETURNABLES: Items not available for return include:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders, or personalized items)\
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials
EXCHANGES: The fastest way to ensure getting the item you want is to return the original item and then once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
REFUNDS We will notify you if your refund has been approved when the returned item has been received and inspected If approved, your purchase will be refunded within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please remember bank or credit card processing times vary depending on the institution.
